Technical Specifications

• This product is designed to accommodate unsupported spans of up to 12 meters.

For construction, these panels should be secured using two self-drilling TEK screws at both ends, connecting them to the upright connection point. Panels can be fixed to each other by a 10mm Long Self screw. All screws must have a bonded washer for water tightness. For special jobs, these panels can also be seamed together using a seaming machine without the need for screws.

• Galvanized steel in coils, structural quality (SS), suitable for roll forming, pre-painted.
• Steel Thickness range 0.5 – 1.1mm.
• Chemical treated, lightly oiled with evaporative lubricant for galvanized only coils.
• Coating topside – Suitable for roll forming, 25 microns total dry thickness, polyester, with internal lubricants.
• Backside – 12 microns total dry thickness, epoxy primer, and polyester wash coat.

Seamed Panels

Steel Coil is roll formed to straight panels, then curved to desired radius and span. Panels are seamed together to for an integral self-supporting structure.
