Zeroh Ltd, based in Brighton, and distributing nationally, manufactures and supplies selfsupporting galvanised corrugated steel. We provide architects, builders, DIY’s and many more with a faster, easier and cheaper solution to building. With our selfsupporting steel roof structure, we provide a premium product at a cheaper price to competitors with optimum quality. The structure can withstand severe weather conditions, harsh wind and heavy snow.
Our panels require fewer materials, fuel, logistics and labour, making our business an environmentally friendly alternative. Our aim is to provide customers with a more efficient and economical way of completing projects, from small agricultural structures like sheds, to large scale military construction.
The K-span System produces durable steel buildings in a matter of days due to its unlimited capacity as opposed to the general timeline of weeks or months. This patented technology produces unique structures from various designs with ground-to ground or roofing self-supporting panels that require no beams, trusses, columns, nuts, bolts, fasteners, screws or sealants. This is done by an Automatic Building Machine A.B.M. The production of panels is done on site, or alternatively transported off-site to produce smaller structures.
The K-Span meets high safety standards including European CE compliance, UBM buildings are virtually maintenance-free, since they are watertight, rust-free, earthquake and fireproof. Buildings manufactured with the K-Span outperform most structures with their proven functionality in severe weather conditions (heavy snow and typhoons). A cost-effective solution, the K-Span simplifies construction.
